1. How many subscriptions do we offer?
You can order food from 1 to 90 days. As the number of days increases, the price of your package will become more economic.
2. Do you offer delivery service to anywhere?
We are sending to all districts of Istanbul. Yes, including Tuzla and Esenyurt. 🙂
3. Can I change the delivery address?
All you have to do to change the address you have ordered is to give the FitChef team notice 24 hours before.
4. Can I only get packages on weekdays?
Of course you can. All you need to do is specify in order notes. If you do not add to the order notes, we will send your meals 6 days a week except Sundays.
5. What should I do you if I want meals on Sundays?
On Sundays, if you want to eat from FitChef, we can send you two packages on Saturday.
6. What time of day the meals come?
We deliver all the meals from 6:30 to 11:00 in the morning, all at one package. You can choose from 6:30-7:30, 7:00-8:30, 8:30-10.00, 10:00-11:00 hours.
7. Which menu should I choose?
When choosing the menu, you can make your selection accordingly, whether you want to eat vegetables or meat-weighted. We will plan your menu’s protein and carbohydrate values specifically for you. If you’re still confused, call us and let us decide together. 0212 351 10 11
8. How do you plan my menu?
We let you meet our dietitian to plan your menu. We plan your menu considering your expectations according to your personal and physical features. We prefer you to do a blood test if it’s possible.
9. I want to pause my subscription. What should I do?
If you inform the FitChef team 24 hours before, we can add your membership to the end of the package.
10. If I ask you to make a special menu for me, can you prepare it?
If you share the menu you want with us at email@example.com, we can determine the price and details to prepare it especially for you.
