3.3 The BUYER is liable for any failure to deliver due to any problems which are not caused by the defect of the courier service in connection with the delivery. The SELLER shall be held responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract in accordance with the specifications specified in the sound complete order.

In case of missing meals/snacks, it is necessary to report to the courier.

3.4. The SELLER is obliged to inform the BUYER if the force cannot be handed over due to extraordinary circumstances such as force majeure or transportation which prevents the transportation.In this case, the BUYER can use one of the rights to cancel the order, delaying the delivery period until the preventive situation disappears.
In case of use of the right of postponement, the package is added as a day.If the buyer cancels the order, the total amount paid shall be paid to him within 10 days. In case of payments made by the BUYER with a credit card, the product amount shall be returned to the related bank within 7 days after the cancellation of the order by the BUYER.
Since this amount is directly related to the bank transaction process after the return of the amount to the bank, the BUYER shall not be able to intervene in any way for possible delays and the SELLER shall have an average of 2 to 3 weeks to be credited to the account by the bank. already accepts.


4.Payment Terms

The price of the product is the price declared on the website of FITCHEF, according to the nutrition package chosen by the buyer, the alternative of the meal and the number of meals purchased.

SELLER has the right to change product prices at any time. The current tariff will apply if the buyer makes a re-order after the contract expires.

Payments shall be made by credit card, wire transfer or other payment method to be specified by FITCHEF.


FITCHEF products are prepared by using daily fresh foods without using preservatives in healthy and special health conditions and packed to minimize bacteria formation. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to preserve the preservation of the food in suitable conditions after delivery. The BUYER shall keep the product meals in the refrigerator, heat it according to the instructions, and consume it within 2 days, preferably on the same day, after the delivery. Otherwise, the SELLER is not responsible for any problems that may arise.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

It is not possible for the food to be discharged from this contract regarding the delivery and delivery of the Buyer to the residence or workplace within the framework of regular deliveries.However, the SELLER may give the approval of the buyer’s request to postpone the use of the package he / she has purchased, by sending an e-mail to the SELLER’s e-mail address at least 2 business days, and at the latest if the employer uses the contract within 12 months following the ordinary termination period. In order to be able to continue the postponed packages with the approval of the SELLER, it is obligatory to get the approval of the BUYER’s request from 1 business day to the latest by 16.30 hrs.

Buyer shall refrain from taking delivery of the products, rescinding the contract or rescinding the contract without a justified reason, shall not make any request from the SELLER, waives / refuses to accept the delivery or terminates the contract unilaterally, even if it does not want to partially reclaim the product prices. acceptance and commitment.


SELLER has the right to make changes in contract terms. In such a case, all changes will be published on the website and will be valid for orders and purchases after the changes.

9.Privacy Policy

The SELLER undertakes not to share any information about the BUYER with any person and institution under this contract and that the business shall not use the acts that it has undertaken under the scope of this contract. The credit card information used to obtain the authorization is not recorded by the SELLER in any way.


In the case of disputes that may arise from this contract and its application, the electronic records, commercial books, documents and records of the SELLER, including those in magnetic media such as computers, telephones, voice recordings, are final evidence. In the resolution of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees, Istanbul Consumer Courts and Execution Offices are authorized within the monetary limits.
